i8cash Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the i8cash platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions document ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and i8cash ("Company", "we" or "platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use the i8cash platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms means you accept those changes.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the i8cash platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a company or third party.
• Not be on any list of individuals prohibited by any relevant licensing authority.
• Have never had an i8cash account closed due to a breach of terms.

Each player is only allowed to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, mobile number, email address and identity details. i8cash reserves the right to request verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad at any stage for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

i8cash supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.

The payment methods accepted by the i8cash platform are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, except in unusual circumstances requiring an alternative method. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment account details are accurate. i8cash is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate information provided by the player.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

i8cash offers various promotions to players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated alongside that offer. The general rules for all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,100 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

Additional rules for all bonus types:

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder.
• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• i8cash reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted directly into cash.
• Using opposing wagering strategies to fulfil wagering requirements is prohibited.

5 Game and Wagering Rules

All games and wagering activities on the i8cash platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers and relevant licensing. Players are expected to understand that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a verified and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• Game results for sports events are based on official results from recognised sports bodies.
• In the event of a dispute, i8cash reserves the right to make a final decision based on system records.
• Bets placed during a network disruption may not be recognised if records are incomplete.
• i8cash reserves the right to void bets that are suspicious or that breach the integrity of a competition.

Any attempt to manipulate the system, use unauthorised software, exploit technical loopholes, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate disciplinary action.

6 Responsible Gambling

i8cash believes that wagering should be a form of entertainment managed responsibly. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Temporary Pause: Players can request a break from the platform for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is affecting their lives can apply for self-exclusion permanently or for a specified period.
• Activity Check: Players can review their betting history and financial transactions at any time.

7 Account Security and Data Privacy

You are fully responsible for keeping your i8cash account password confidential. i8cash will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

The use and processing of your personal data is governed by the i8cash Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how your data is collected, used and protected.

8 Anti-Fraud and AML Rules

i8cash is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) laws. We implement strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure the safety of the platform for all players.

• All players are required to verify their identity when requested by i8cash.
• Suspicious financial transactions will be investigated and may be put on hold until the investigation is complete.
• i8cash reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Funds identified as originating from illegal activity will be seized and handed over to the authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

i8cash is not liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from:

• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.
• Betting decisions made by a player based on inaccurate information.
• Delays in third-party payment systems that are outside i8cash's control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting choices made independently by the player.

The i8cash platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to ensure high platform availability, but cannot guarantee the platform will always be free from technical disruptions.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

i8cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts being opened by the same individual.
• False information being provided during registration or identity verification.
• Attempts to manipulate the gaming system or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

If an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid account balance will be returned to the player once all withdrawal conditions have been met and the review process is complete. Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where i8cash holds its licence. i8cash operates under a valid international licence, and all disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of that licensing authority.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay language version and any translated version of these Terms, the Malay language version will serve as the definitive reference for Malaysian users.

12 Amendments to Terms

i8cash reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

We will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. However, it remains the player's own responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.
